Terms of sale (pre-order)

Courtesy translation: the French version of these terms is the one that applies. Items in [brackets] must be completed before sales open. This text is a starting template: have it reviewed by a lawyer or an accountant.

1. Seller

These terms govern sales made on this site by SKULLBOY, trade name of Jules Fernsner, entrepreneur individuel (EI) (“the Seller”) — SIRET 905 085 577 00021 — 3 rue de la Vallée des Loups, 57560 Abreschviller, France — skullboy.shop@protonmail.com. [VAT mention to be completed according to your status.]

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order for SKULLBOY beanies placed by a consumer on this site during DROP 01. By ticking the acceptance box before paying, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

3. Products

• Jacquard-knit beanie, motif knitted into the fabric, patterned front, plain black back.
• Two colourways: Purple Bones and Lil Grey. Limited edition of 100 pieces per colourway.
• Every beanie is numbered (from 1 to 100 within its colourway). The number is assigned by the Seller when your order is prepared; it cannot be chosen.
• The visuals on the site are mock-ups: slight differences in shade or knit may occur.

4. Nature of a pre-order

The beanies are made after the order is placed. This is a pre-order: payment is taken when you order, and shipping is planned from mid-December 2026. This date is shown before payment; it is an estimate until production is finished, and the Seller will email you about any change.

5. Prices

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. [VAT mention to be completed according to your status.] The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order.

6. Ordering and payment

• You choose the offer (1 beanie or the Duo) and the colourway of each beanie, then you are redirected to the secure payment page of our provider Stripe. The Seller never has access to your card details.
• Payment is made immediately by bank card (or any other method offered on the payment page).
• While you pay, the chosen pieces are held for about 30 minutes. After that, or if you leave, they go back on sale.
• Your order is confirmed once the payment is accepted; a receipt is sent to you by email.
• Pieces are in limited quantity: if a piece is no longer available, the order cannot be placed.

7. The Duo offer and access to future launches

The Duo includes two beanies, in the same colourway or in different ones. It also gives early access to future SKULLBOY launches: the Seller emails you before they open to the public. This benefit is priority access; it does not guarantee a discount, a quantity or a specific product. It is personal and cannot be transferred.

8. Delivery

• Delivery in France only [mainland France: to be confirmed], to the address given at payment. You are responsible for the accuracy of that address.
• Shipping from mid-December 2026, by a carrier chosen by the Seller. Transit time is the carrier’s.
• Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed over. If a parcel is damaged or missing, contact the Seller without delay at skullboy.shop@protonmail.com.

Late delivery. If the Seller does not deliver on the announced date or within the announced time, you may formally ask them in writing to deliver within an additional reasonable period. If delivery does not happen within that period, you may terminate the contract in writing and be refunded everything you paid within 14 days (articles L216-2 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

9. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving the beanie (the last beanie for a Duo) to withdraw, without giving any reason. To do so, tell the Seller at skullboy.shop@protonmail.com with an unambiguous statement, or use the form below.

• Send the beanie(s) back within 14 days of telling us your decision, at your own cost, in a condition that allows them to be resold.
• The Seller refunds all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision, and not before receiving the goods or proof that they have been sent back.
• You are only liable for handling beyond what is needed to check the nature and working of the product.
• If you return only one beanie of a Duo, the Duo price is recalculated: the beanie you keep is charged at the single price, and the early access to future launches is withdrawn.

10. Legal guarantees

The Seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, for 2 years from delivery, with repair or replacement, failing which a price reduction or termination of the contract) and by the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). 11. Cancellation by the Seller

If production could not be completed (unavailable materials, force majeure…), the Seller will tell you and refund everything you paid. The Seller is not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure.

12. Personal data

How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.

13. Intellectual property

The SKULLBOY name, logo, motif and the site’s visuals are protected. Any reproduction without the Seller’s written consent is forbidden.

14. Mediation and disputes

In case of a dispute, first contact the Seller at skullboy.shop@protonmail.com. If no solution is found, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge: [NAME AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE MEDIATOR TO BE COMPLETED]. These terms are governed by French law; you may bring the case before the competent court under the rules of the French Consumer Code.

Withdrawal form
